This was my first cell phone, I had it for two years. After the first year of useage it sucked. I do have to give it credit for easy to use features. But it did have horrible reception and dropped calls.

The worst reception I have ever encountered. Drops calls/frequent intermittent silence. This is not because of lack of service - people stading next to me on the same Verizon system have no problems with reception. Not worth 1 penny. Avoid!
