I had owned this phone for two weeks when it developed its first problem (software crash) and had to be sent back for service (for a month). When it came back, it had "auto-answer" turned on and had been answering calls for a week without my knowledge. I've been using it for a year and a half now, and over the last month it has developed a serious problem in dropping all calls within the first 30s to 1m.
The menu system is clunky and dated, allowing only for storage, not organization or frequent use. It includes such useless features as a bio-rythym chart. Using the "wireless web" option is complicated and will only cost you massive amounts of money to download ringtones that are too quiet to be practical. Its small size and durability are the ONLY things it has going for it.

This phone is the worst phone i have ever purchased. It never has digital signal, and as a result it's battery life decreases. I've sent this phone in for service 3 times, and each time it has come back with a bigger problem than before. I recieve various error messages that lock the phone until you remove the battery. The ring volume is to quiet. Its small and compact which is the only benefit of this phone. The phone is also incredibly slow when accessing the phonebook. I've switched back to my old Kyocera phone because of all the problems i've received from this one. two thumbs down for this piece of trash.

Totally small, but loud and easy to understand all the phone offers. One, problem are no accessories for this phone! Or cool new ringtones.
