Nice phone but poor service!

This phone has bad service in the West Islip, NY Area. I had this phone for less than a week and
I returned it 3 times. I had service for about 2 minutes in the whole week! The phone itself is cool b/c of the small size. I love phones that have things on it and this one doesn't.

Great phone. Battery lasts 5 days, bright light, loud ring, easy to read; Great reception thru VirginMobile. 3 months ago this little phone got washed in the washing machine and dried in the dryer. Thought it was toast for sure, but still worked after it was charged up again!! believe it or not, this still works great. I wouldn't believe it if if hadn't happened to me that this or ANY other cell phone would ever work after being put through the laundry. Totally impressed with this phone!! Maybe it was the heat from the dryer that saved it?? Anyway, I recommend it!

It a nice phone but there a big problem with service I had 3 different phone and this is the worst recpiton ever and it also has crappy wallpaper and ringtones and also the battery doesnt last very long just barley 2 day but not quite

I like this phone and not.
Why not? because i have a very big trouble with ringtones. It has only 5 standart and that is all. And i don`t know how to load tones into my phone :(

dont buy this phone if U live in the toronto area including brampton and MALTON. it looks nice but it doesnt work. they stopped selling this crap at the stores now so you dont have to worry about making a stupid purchase.

I bought this phone in July thinking that it would be a good buy for all the features it had with the voice recognition and the speaker. Unfortunately I have already sent it to the shop twice to get my keypad fixed and they have not repaired it. I just got my phone back the second time and the keypad still locks to where I cannot dial out or use any of the functions. I am very disappointed with the phone because I only had one good month with it.

I have had 7 different phones in the past 2 years, I like this one the most because 1, it has an easy to use interface. 2 Better voice recognition (3) Nice illumination of Keys and screen, 4) Long lasting battery and to keep it short 5) and the last thing that I really like is 1X data it's high speed internet on the go, I love it.
