You can yap and yap, and it keeps on chugging! By that, I mean, you can use it as a landline, and it won't run out of power if it's plugged in. Unlike, my 'newer and better' cell phone! The CDM-9100 also has better reception than my 'newer and better' cell phone. The CDM-9100 separates regular calls from internet calls, so you don't accidentally go overtime. My 'newer and better' cell phone (which looks much better) does NOT do that! I think, I'm going back to an AUDIOVOX. It was an expensive lesson, but someone had to learn from it.
