Battery is substandard. loss of signal. And now I have to turn it on and off several times for it to search and get a signal.. NEVER AGAIN FROM KYOCERA. I've had motorolas and nokia's and they both could be dropped and kicked and still work fine.. Kyocera manufacturers need to be forced out of business!!!!

I don't recommend this phone to anyone. No good ringtones. Bad reception. This is my second one. The first one I couldn't hear the caller at times. It was cute but not functional. I'm getting a new phone probably a Nokia.

I really loved this phone when I first got it but since then it has gone down hill. It started out just not ringing through when I would get a call and then from there it would disconnect the calls whenever I would open the flip to answer them. I had to send it off to Kyocera to have them fix it and after them keeping it 5 1/2 weeks they sent it back to me w/o fixing anything!! I would not recommend this phone to anyone!!!!!!!

After three months of using this phone it died, i brought it in for repairs, only to wait four weeks to get a new one. Kyocera needs to rethink thedurability and the life of its phones. Now all the phone numbers have to be replaced and the ringtones that were downlaoded have to be up loaded again. BELL is definately losing money on this company.

I have had my 5135 for about 3 months now and i just sent it away for the third and final time. the first two times i sent it for repairs and had it sent back, but now the phone wont even power on. it has died COMPLETELY. i do not recommend this phone to anyone for any reason. it becomes very bland and boring quickly. I have not in any way abused this phone but it is now a high tech paperweight.

All the ringtones are boring, and you cant find any other ones on the internet for it. Nokia is mostley what you'll find. I've have it 3 months and have already had to take it to get fixed once. It would have a full signal and then all of a sudden nothing, in places where it should have a full one and i always missed important calls. Cant wait till my contracts up.

I have had this phone for about 6 months and I have had to take it back several times for dropping calls, no reception, and keeping a low battery.

Phone is ok for general usage, but horrible for hard usage. Reception sucks in rural areas, which means missed calls, plastic belt holder scratches face, and the beltclip breaks too easy. The standard batteries suck. I am in IT support, which means that this phone is on 24/7. And It finally died after 6 months.
