I am having the same problem as everyone else with side caps. LG website does say on an article about Sprint that they come in pink. Good thing, I thought that I was only limited to two colors. I bet pink would go real good with all the policeman that I work with. I'd never hear the end of it. As far as the outgoing reception, if you take it to Sprint for an software upgrade, it will help that problem. Not sure for how long. Really considering another phone, but not ready for the expense.

When i saw this phone for the first time i LOVED it but now it really sucks!! It says that you can buy changable side caps , but *haha* NO one sells them ,the phone comes with orange and blue ones but woo-wee to those! It also says that you can download ringtones, trust me its way to hard to look for them and its NOT at all worth it. Just to add another complaint when the screen saver goes off your menu is right there, its ugly and the screen isn't even colored!! This phone may be really cute but its not that great at all!! I think i'm gonna go buy the nokia one that sprint has!! Thank god a great phone! Props to Nokia!

I agree with the other person. I have tried to find sidecaps in other colors and they just don't have them!!! I can hear great on my phone but no one can hear me clearly. How messed up is that?!

It says custom side caps , but no one sells them. You can't get custom ringtones, unless you pay Sprint $4 a month. I had a free 3 month free ringtone trial and the tones they offer aren't that good.
