poor reception, can't hear the ringer

I am on my second TP5250 now. The first one had such horrible reception that sprint decided to replace it, but the new one is just the same. The ringer is so weak that if you are in a room full of people talking you won't hear it, even at the loudest that it can go. On top that, sprints service with this phone is horrible. I cannot wait until my contract with sprint ends so i can switch to verizon

Great Features, Questionable Quality

I was ecstatic when I bought this phone - great features, user-friendly navigation...the works. But then I made a phone call. I rarely use my phone at all now because the outgoing signal is so weak than no one can ever hear me. Friends with other brands of Sprint PCS phones get signals 2-3x stronger than mine as well. Let's hope LG's next generation fixes these problems so that we can enjoy the great features they offer.

LG and Sprint tech support comparable to DMV
|
|

LG and Sprint should be ashamed of their tech support or lack there of. I purchased the phone in SEPTEMBER when Sprint claimed the software would be out shortly to allow the phone to sync with Outlook. Snapsync clearly mentions the software update on their home page but so far no one at Sprint or LG via phone or e-mail knows anything about the software/firmware update for the phone.
If it weren't for the fact that Sprint has the best reception in California, I would purchase another phone from another provider. Sprint's tech support claims they don't know anything about the software update even though Snapsync clearly mentions it on their home page. LG shouldn't limit itself by waiting for Sprint to release the patch, it should be available like any other patch directly on their web site.
