This is a decent phone: small, sturdy, easy to open with one hand, and passable battery life (though not close to the Motorola V60). I would have liked some better ring tones (loudness is NOT the problem), but the worst thing about this phone is the miserable personal directory. You can't easily scroll down alphabetically to find a name and then dial a non-default number (cell, office, etc) The only solution is to create a single entry for each number which fills up your directory fast. This is a joke if you have to load a lot of names with a lot of different numbers.

I love this phone, especially the "get it now" functionality, but there are no games standard with the phone, and you have to pay to download stuff, also the ringer is very low, but i can get my calls if I put it on vibrate, you also have to pay to download ringtones, and other stuff, other than that it is a good phone, because it always has 5 signal lines, and the batter stays full for 2 days!!! I give it 4 stars!!!

I have throughly enjoyed this phone. I have never missed a call due to ringer volume. You must need a hearing aid if you can't hear it ring. Great reception, no loss calls and easy to use with lots of options!

I really like my phone at the begining too, but i too have missed way to many calls because the ringer is too quiet and it doesn't ring long enough. But i still like this small phone.

Great, light-weight phone. In response to the others stating they missed calls...I personally find the ringer volume to be fine....it's actually louder than my old Nokia phone (which I could not hear unless I was holding it!)...at first I didn't think it was loud while I was testing the ringer volume, but when someone actually calls, it will wake me out of a sleep....so I think that it is fine. Only thing is it's hard to modify phone numbers...the manual isnt' too clear. All in all, I am impress w/ the phone! I would recommend it.

At first I liked this phone a lot, but now I hate it. I have missed so many important calls because of the stupid ringer volume. I'm ready to throw it against the wall. Stay away!

Its a good little flip phone, good performence and reception and call qualtiy! The only thing that is not good about it is the Ringer and Ear volume could be a little bit loader. You will miss some calls because of the ringer volume, in nosy places.
