Got it as a work phone, and it serves it's purpose just fine. Easy to read display. However, very short battery life, lack of ringtones and games are just a few problems. Also, the Web browser does not work on my phone. If you need a basic phone just for calling, this phone is fine. Otherwise, try a more sophisticated phone for all of your other needs.

I text message a lot so this was perfect no clam-shell phones for me for a while. The contrast is adjustable as well as the readability of the screen - nice!!!! The menues are easily understood. The only drawback I found was in the ringtones and games but no biggie!

Purchased from from Verizon Wireless, no hassle. Reception could be better but I dont ever pull out the antenna :-p. Features are simple & easy to use. Love the voice activation on it. Extremly easy to use with voice activation. Its a good phone. I highly recommend it to anyone. Only down thing is that you cant mod the phone; No ringtones No cool antenna, etc... just face plates :-/. Other than that its Great! Long Battery life too! Phone book is HUGE & very organized a must get phone for the simple & complicated!
