OK... i got this phone a while back and all it has caused is problems.... it was my 2nd phone my folks go it for me... it may have 6 bars but the second u try to send or recieve a call it goes to one then if u move at all the phone beeps and u have jost lost service...WTF is that all about. I agree DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE... ur better off with a nokia. In fact I would suggest a nokia ... but I must say flip phones over all are not good... they have no antenna... and if they do it is usaually crappy ... I kno my dad makes antennas for a living... first thing he did when I complained it pop the phone open... said he could have made a better phone any day... all I have to say is DO NOT GET THIS PHONE

this phone is the biggest piece of crap i've ever owned. Everyone has awesome ring tones and i have some dumb hokey pokey that doesnt even sound like it . Green background that hurts ur eyes.. i bought internet to even try to manually download ringtones , but of course the answer was no.. cuz this phone is so CHEAP!!!!!!!!!! UGH! i wanna personalize my banner!! NOOO of course not because verizon wireless is on the front.. advertising their company. I didnt pay for an advertisement and i didnt pay for some ear-piercing ring tone. this phone is sooo embarrassing i hate taking it out in front of people because it's way too embarrassing..

I have the Canadian version of this phone, the TM-250, and think it is excellent. Solid construction, simple to operate and performs very well. For me, this is not a toy so I don't miss the ability to download ring tones, play exciting games or change the face plate. I have had no problems with dropped calls and the volume adjustment suits me well. I suspect that the problems many people have described are attributable to their service provider. I have no such problems with the Bell Canada service.
When travelling through the mountains, where the signal is the weakest, the non-extensible aerial causes me to lose the signal more easily than with my old Motorola. In and around the cities the signal is strong.
All in all, a great phone!

Everyone keeps saying "no faceplates", they DO have faceplates for them, shop around, you'll find them. the things i don't like about the phone are: no POLYphonic ringtones, no color screen, and there's no outside caller i.d.
the good things about it are: its small and lightweight, it has a good battery life, you CAN change the faceplates, it vibrates (so if you have the phone on silent, you know when you're getting a call), it has a large phone book storage and its just overall cute.
i do have quite a few 'dropped' calls, but that's only when i have poor reception.
It's not too expensive and it's worth your money!

ok i got this phone for christmas and it sucks i mean i love that my parents got me one and are paying for it but it sucks you dont get service, no ringers,faceplates,buttons,color screen, NOTHING!..it drives me crazy and all my friends hate it to..they hardly even call me on it cuz it sucks so bad and they cant hear a word i say!..i would trade it in but my parents say their not paying the extra $50...so if your thinking about buying this phone DONT!!...the only thing good about it is that its small...THATS IT!!!!...i have figured out that i just hate LGs all together because anyone that has them i cant hear so hopefully if theres a good deal i will trade my phone and use it more...

I just bought this phone recently and so far it's been working great, reception is good, the thing about this phone which suck, is that it's not colored, the games are crappy, and the ringers aren't that high up there, but overall to just makes calls, it's and execllent phone. Another things i find that the battery does go down quickly. oh well =|

I bought this phone with a prepay plan and haven't had a problem with it. I set banners schedules phone numbers no plroblem. For those who are unaware: menu, settings, display, banner, type in banner, softkey top left, save. Banner saved.
No dropped calls you canfind faceplates at DayDeal.com.It's worth everything you paid!

These phones are flying off the shelves as we speak!! For $19.99 (w/two year contract) it is the BEST deal in town! Ok, you may not be able to change the banner or download ringtones, but look at the price again! It's such a steal that even Verizon is concerned. Therefore this phone is being discontinued and replaced by a way more expensive model. I've had mine for a month and have nothing but positive things to say about it. Get yours while you still can!!!
