I got this phone thinking that motorola usually puts out a pretty good product. Not in this case. My reception is aweful, and for the price, it doesn't do anything special. Anyone lookng to buy this phone needs to spend the extra hundred and get the better quality motorola!

Ok I had Nokias for 3 years since I started using cell phones. I decide I want to try something smaller and supposedly better. I get this phone and first complaint is battery life is no where what is advertised. Second can barely hear when talking to someone but when it rings it loud as can be? I have the phone about 5-6 months and then the batterys starts to die after every call and that really mess's me up. So it's still under warranty I take it back. They give me a new one free of course. As soon as I get this one the screen starts to go black and then it flips upside down on me. And then it totaly go's blank but still lights up and then magically comes back to working like it should. I hate this phone and I plan on giving the local store hell because this thing has caused me to miss important calls, can't read it 3/4 of the times and can't last half a day if I make a 2 minute phone call. I do not recomend anyone buy this phone it has been nothing but trouble to me.

I bought this phone, because I lost my Nokia. I have had nothing but problems with it since I got it. First the phone wouldn't charge. Then, it started cutting off all by itself. Then, my web access doesn't work, but my service provider says it does work. I finally got the ok to get a new phone, so I will this evening.

Ok, Ive had 3 Nokia's They were OK besides the 3360, but the 5165 and 8265 were Good but they were always messing up. So I got this Motorola C331t and It is GREAT 10 times better reception better ringer tones, better everything.I would recommend this phone to everyone who has stupid or sucky phones. This phone is also 10 times more sleek and stylish. GREAT PHONE.

this phone is awful.. it won't fully charge, then when it does fully charge i can make a 5 minute phone call and the battery will be down to the last level.. this has to be the worst phone i've seen.. during the night it will light up and vibrate, out of no where! it's got horrible reception.. trust me if i had a chance i would get a new phone.. it's awful! and i don't recommand it for n*e one.. yeah it has some nice features but u can't make phone calls w/ out losin the person..

I had this phone from January til June...may I say, the worst time spent on a phone. I take it out on the box and bam, speakers dead. So i return it, take it out charge it...screens dead. Return it, get one...this time it works :D...well after about amonth the batter dies every phone call. I finally returned it and got the Nokia 3595 and havent had to go back since :D.

even with a full charge, I have a hard time getting more than about an hour talk time out of this C331t-- supposedly rated for 170 to 300 minutes... cute, nice features, but can't search phone book by first letter of name... reception not great, even when stationary - dead spots when driving locally (i know - dont drive & talk)...

Im 15 and i just got this phone. It is awesome! Its perfect for me and even my dad said he likes it. I dont think it has bad reception at all...I recommend it to all ages. Has many cool games, and i realy like all the features it has.

The C331 has a lot of wiz bang features but what good are they if the phone keeps cutting out. I have had phones for the last 15 years and this has been the worst phone. It doesn't matter what the battery charge on the phone is, it will cut out in places where my other phones (Nokia, LGC, GE) had no problems.

The motorola c331 phone is by far the best phone i've owned so far. I have had 2 nokia phones(5165, 8290). Compared to those phones the motorola has more features, carries a better reception, and it aint so plain. The battery time is ok, I think it only carries 4 hrs of talk time, so you might want to invest in a car charger. Other then that, the motorola c331 is a small lightweight phone with plenty of features.
