this phone has great features: like voice dial, games, browser, etc... but i had to sell it b/c the reception was really bad. i just bought a nokia 3360 and i can go on the bus and talk the whole way there with no static or the phone cutting me off. when i had the motorola c331, i couldn't do that. the motorola c331 has bad reception no matter where you are. that is b/c it is a gsm phone. when buying your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc... cell phone, i suggest buying a TDMA phone because the GSM motorola phones are crap. in other words,,, what good is the voice dial feature if there is no reception to call that person!?!?!
