This phone isn't as great as they say it is. I have never had a problem with the antenna but it has been back to the shop six times to re-solder the connections so it can keep charging. Also after the new solder is on you still need to wiggle the cord just to make sure it starts to charge. It looks sleek but feels bulky especialy in a pocket. Over all decent phone for a high school student that rarely uses it, but for business or more than just ocasional use go for something a little better.

This was a great phone except the durability of the antenna. Everything else about this phone is good. Decent reception, easy to use menus and long battery life

this phone is pretty good, it DOES have the 32 ringtones, but they include silent, and your vibrating tones, it has alot of different features...not very good games but hey it's a phone it's not supposed to be for games, i would reccomend this phone it's light and easy to use, and the text messaging is great and you get pretty good reception (depending on your service) overall....it's a good phone

This phone is a total peice of Crap!!!!!!!!!!! The phone loses ear volume and ringer volume. This was the worst phone I have bought. If I were you I would not buy this phone.

I have this phone for almost two years now. Up until today I've never had any problems with it. It took it to the cell phone place and they told me the software on it was REALLY outdated, so the upgraded the software for free. GREAT PHONE!!!

I bought this phone 3 months ago and since day 1 it has given me nothing but trouble. Because motorola is cheap, they wont just give me a new one. I have sent it in 3 times for the same problem and many other things have been fixed. I like the voice features and reception is pretty good. My problem was that there is this constant annoying noise when i am on it. I think i'll go back to Nokia where i can hear clear conversation!!

It does NOT have 32 unique ringer tones already installed to choose from. You have to CREATE your own ring tones, one note at a time. Not my idea of fun...
