You can hear much better on this little flip phone than on the older, bigger, non-flip model I just retired. It's frustrating that you cannot find ringtones to download to this phone if you are not a customer of the Big Four national cell phone outfits. Cincinnati Bell Wireless has not figured out how to let us download ringtones, although the technology is obviously out there. Big drawback is that the menu is not very intuitive. It is complex, and I keep having to go back to the book to figure it out. It shouldn't be this hard to start using a cell phone. Otherwise, excellent phone.

this phone likes to go all hay wire the screen will go balck most of the time and the second display dont work most of the time i wouldent recomend this phone at all personaly i think its a peace of junk!!!

Love the ring tones, love the look, love the display, love the but the menus are not very intuitive and difficult to get around in. Creating a text message is complicated and time consuming. The ear piece is very flat and not very comfortable.
