My brand new V60C broke within 30 days of purchase but the warranty says if you have used phone more than 30 minutes in that 30 days you must send it off for repairs. After 6 weeks I went back and they simply opened up the box and gave me a brand new phone. Ridiculous 30 minute warranty and I am told all phones have the same stupid warranty. Bought software to download numbers from computer. After typing in 98 numbers I did a download and it failed to load 42 numbers to the phone. Horrible best describes my experience with Motorola and V60c phone.

after six months with this phone and about 10 - 14 antennas later I finally have had enough the antenna keeps breaking and the reception is poor if you are not just out in the open. Over all I would not recommend this phone to an enemy because he would probably not be able to call for help.

words to small to read, too much searching for what you are looking for, takes too long to send text message, you have to go through too, too many screens to get to where you are going, when using voice activate it calls other people you don't want to call, doesn't ring loud enough, other than that it has sleek, sexy, cute design. Not recommended

this phone i thought was stylish and modern. i wanted to try motorola and this was not what i expected. it's too heavy compared to my old nokia phone. motorola's set up is hard to use. getting around the menu takes a lot of time! nokia has the easiest and quickest menu set up than most of the other phones. this phone was so disappointing to me that i went back to nokia.
