The V710 has more problems then space to write about. The most frequent problems are dropped calls, not being able to make or recieve calls, and how it powers off automatically. I would not recommend this phone to a person who rely's on their cell phone. I personally have had this phone replaced 13 times with the same phone. It also only plays 30 seconds of an MP3 (not a great selling feature). Who wants to hear a clip of a song. The battery life is only about three hours and if you have your phone on vibrate, give it about an hour and a half. Also, expect to make a lot of phone calls in the analog mode.

I love this phone I actually bought a LG and carried it back because it didn't have speaker phone and I love this phone. The speaker is great and I love the fact that it is easy to use.
