I hate this phone. I did have an ericsson and the middle button kept getting jamed so I got this one from Cingular for next to nothing to carry me over till my birthday so I would have a reason to get a new phone and I hate it. There are NO good features to it. There's no vibrate feature so if its on silent and you're expecting a call forget it. There are no good acesories for it either. I would not reccomend this phone to anyone.

I ACTUALLY WORK WITH ATT WIRELESS IN THEIR WARRANTY EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT AND THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST FONS IN THE HISTORY OF WIRELESS FONS IT SITS RIGHT BEHIND THE MOTOROLA V60 ALL MODELS OF THE V60 IN STATUS. FIRST THE FONS RECEPTION IS SUBSTANDARD FOR ANY WIRELESS FON AND NEXT THE OPTIONS AND FEATURES OF THE FON ARENT EVEN THERE ITS NEXT TO USELESS. AND LAST NOKIA FINALLY ADMITTED THAT THERE IS A ISSUE WITH THE FON SHUTTING DOWN AND NEVER POWERING ON AGAIN AND IT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE BATTERY EITHER. HANDS DOWN THE FON IS A PIECE OF *^#!!*#@!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS FON.

This phone is great. Unfortunately the person from California is most likely a dumb blonde who has no business using a cell phone anyway! Leave the talking for people who are smart enough to use cellular service. Great phone,simple to use. If you know anything about cell phones,this phone is a "simple" phone,no ding bat,it doesn't have vibrate. Go out and get a vibrator if you really need that sort of thrill.

This phone is awesome, i've tricked mine out with a clear faceplate white screen lights, and red keypad lights. My keypad is red and my battery flashes red and white. I have not had the reception problem that most people have had. I love this phone cause you can get new hit songs as your ringtone. There is one flaw, if it weren't for this I would have given it 5 stars. IT HAS NO VIBRATE OPTION. So I don't know if someone is calling me in a loud place.

this phone is very deceiving. when you first get it it works great. It was my first phone and i loved it. But once you have it for a while you notice its flaws. I've had it for about 9 months now and it constantly resets on me while im in the middle of the conversation. Also there is no vibrate feature which others have mentioned. Also, it has limited security features. You can only lock your keypad and not the phone itself. if your phone were to be lost, anyone would be able to minipulate the information in your phone. And the reception is another thing i will not go into. I rate this phone with 2 stars. No wonder AT&T gives this phone out for free....

I've had my 1260 for about a month and a half now and it's pretty slick. 200 name phone book is helpful (even though I don't even know 200 people), profile selection is pretty neat too. The only flaw that I can come up with is that you have to have a special screwdriver to change the faceplate, which is not that big of a deal because I have the guy at the store that I get faceplates from change them for free. Overall, I would recommend this phone to anyone that is looking for a good cell phone. It's great for people my age (15) because it looks neat and is easy to use.

The 1260 phone is good for people not interested with better technology of phones. Its reception is good but poor in wooded areas. I give this phone an "eh" rating

I hate this stupid little phone. It doesn't vibrate, which is irritating since I can't answer it when it is on silent, the reception is horrible, many times when I try to call the phone will give me the fast busy signal so that I have to call sometimes 3 times in order to get the call through. It is a piece of crap! My service is AT&T and I will never use this service or this phone again.

Nokia 1260 is a really great phone, the only things that I didn't like was that it doesn't vibrate plus my time is screwed up but thats easily fixable. I also don't tlike that there isn't a big selection of covers and that it's so difficult to take the cover off.But I DO like the fact that the phone is so small.

I purchased this phone last week. The reception is poor, it comes and goes during conversation. The phone also shuts down during conversations and you lose your connection. What can I say. I'm planning to return it for a better one.
