I recently purchased this phone from AT&T, and the reception is great! The one downfall I see is that it doesn't have the vibrating feature. Other than that, it is a great phone for what you pay for it... Mine was only a penny. Overall, great phone, though not as good as the 3360 I had with US Cellular.

I Upgraded my phone with AT&T, I've had no problems with it. It's compact and very easy to use. Downloadable tune are great. The only thing that I don't like is that the Mic is only one side and if you cover it up then theres a problem.

Reception is very good with AT&T (basically depends on the actual service provider, though -- not so much on the phone itself). Ring tones are very nice -- plus 10 spaces for downloaded ringtones. Drawback here is the lack of a composer, but that's not too bad. Has 4 customizable profiles, completely customizable greeting message (displayed on screen when the phone is turned on), and 3 games, among other things. I was a little disappointed that the phone didn't have vibrate, though. Otherwise, battery life is good, all is good about the phone -- highly recommend it.

The only thing that i do not like is the reception. It's as poor reception. The other thing that I hate about this phone. When I'm talking to someone it echo's. Other than that it's got a nice size and you can download up to 10 ringtones.

This phone is not a buy. I had it for a month 1/2 and the screen has already blown out. Luckly I was still under my manufactor's replacement warranty.

This phone is an ok phone, but i wouldn't reommend it to anyone. It has its' flaws just as other phones do. I would have to agree tht is is just a smaller version of the 5165. If you have another choice don't get this one. When you are on the inside of a building you have to stand near a widow for its' poor reception. I mean I only ik i for its' small size. Although it is quite big. What you read about in the owners manual you haveto get it programmed. It is just the same as the 5165.Its' features are just located diffrently. My phone is operating off Cingular which is ok. But I am elegible for an upgrade so I am positive that I won't keep this trash!

Don't waste your time and money!!! This phone is trash!! It don't do nothin!! What was even the point in making it? To me, it's just a smaller 5165 with a couple of more features. Get the 3360; it's a lot better!!

I like this phone because it is small. It has a low cost on it to. If you are looking for faceplates for the nokia 1260 go to www.2thumbswap.com/store. I like this phone because it is portable. I like all the ringtones on the phone.

I guess the phone is all right, especially for it's price. The fact that it doesnt have a vibrator is a diappointment and the fact that it doesn't have a composer was a bummer as well. But then what can you really expect from a phone a such a cheap price. I 'm just waiting for the company to come out the interchangable faces like the other nokias....

This is an awesome phone. The Nokia 1260 comes with 3 games, downloadable ringtones and lots of personal settings. It comes with 5 Profiles, in which 4 are re-programmable, 35 Preset Ringtones, and an easy to use voicemail. You have a security code, which makes other people unable to use your voicemail and settings. Overall, I recommend the 1260!
