I just discovered another problem - when a 2d call comes in and i answer, there is no clear indication of how to switch back and forth. OK so i use the green key, but then there is no way to end just one call - only end all calls! Absurd ! The red key also ends both calls - really sucks.

Finally a Nokia phone that if you drop it the face does not fly off along with the keys!! I had a 5165i before this and it sucked with a capital "S"!! This phone has a better feel in your hand, and you don't have to charge it EVERY SINGLE NIGHT or risk it shutting off on you. It's also nice to have the built in vibrate feature instead of having to buy a vibrating battery. The blue light is much MUCH easier on the eyes. This phone is a billion times better than the 5100 series!!!

Really enjoy this phone. Just got it a couple days ago. Great Bright blue light up display and keypad. Makes it sooo easy to dial in dim lighting. So many great after market face plates to choose from. (I have a Winnie the Pooh one on mine) Earpiece volume could be a little louder but other than that it is a pretty good phone. Like it a lot better than the LG10 flip I gave up to get this one. Even downloaded a Winnie the Pooh ring tone for free from www.2thumbswap.com ( really awesome website-check it out)

I'm very disappointed inthe internal antenna. There is significatly more ststic than my previous phone. I hope Nokia drops the internal antenna idea and goes back to an external one!

I've had this phone for one month now and everyone i know thinks my phone is Awesome! Even my dad thinks it cool! I can talk forever because i get great reception and there are tons of cool ringtones for this phone. I think everybody should own one if not two.

batt life great/needs date, not just time

A pretty good phone, though I won't say awesome. The battery life is a big improvement over the previous Nokia models in this general size, shape (but remember - battery technology has improved in general) The blue is helpful, but sometimes TOO bright. Now - why on earth does this phone not store the date as well as the time?? A full calendar function seems so easy, and so many other phones have it. In particular, when you scan your missed calls, you only have a time and no date - ridiculous!! You'd think they would have added this by now ! Also, when you clear the display of dialed numbers, it now goes only one character at a time, where the older model used to begin one character, but if you held the key down, then all of them would erase quickly. That function has been removed! Why are we going backwards?

i have had 3 of these phones, all of which i had to trade in, because it would not download ringtones, or simply because it would shut off without touching a button, this is the worst phone ive ever had and i wish they would give me back my 3360!

Blue light is awesome! I have had my phone 2 months. I'm really concerned about the muffled, mumbled sound I am getting on phone calls. Without using an earpiece, the sound is that of a speaker phone. I've already sent the first one in, second one not any better. Can't wait till my contract allows me to trade up. Sadly I would give up the blue light for better sound.
