this phone is awesome...it has the best reception, i can be anywhere and while other people will have no service i have full bars!! also its lightweight and fits anywhere. Another good thing is that it has a voice recorder, instead of paying for ringtones you can record your own for FREE!!! i would definitly consider purchasing this phone, you'll love it!!!

It doesn't deliver texts from other phones, even when it has signal, which is rarely. It doesn't react to buttons pressed while it's "thinking". The buttons are clunky and annoying. When the backlight is activated in a dark room, it is in fact brighter than the sun and you get blinded for three to four days. It's small, and that's fine, but there's smaller out there. There's no infra-red or bluetooth. The batteries last a long time, but that's useless if the bastard thing doesn't work during that time. And, while I am in no way a homophobe, it has to be the gayest-looking thing I've seen since the volleyball scene in "Top Gun". It's trying too hard to be cute.

I have had this phone for a couple of months and its always losing connection with provider...always seraching and dropping calls....the reception sucks...and I live within yards of an antenna to the provider....I hate it..

Dont get me wrong, I like Nokia and wont switch. This phone was the worst I ever owned, bad reception, poor quality. I thought I bought a lemon phone so, I returned that one for a new 3100, but the same problems. Took that one back and upgraded to a 6200, everything about the phone I loved, I can actually hear the person I'm speaking with and the signal is great everywhere. Nokia still beat them all.

this phone is a piece of junk, the buttons are too small and it hurts your hand to text. it has a ugly white body that cannot be replaced. when the phone is (accidentaly) droped the face plate comes off. your are better off to save your money and buy a nokia 3200.

this phone is one of the best phones i have ever had. i have had a plan with cell- one for almost 2 years now. n i have went through about 5 phones. n this phone is the best i would buy it over n over and all the accessories.

Well, my boyfriend and I just got a new plan with Cell-one. I got the 3100 he got the 3595. Out of the two the 3100 works better, I have reception out in the middle of nowhere! We live in the northern part of Wisconsin. I can be talking on my phone, and so can he and his will disconnect on his conversations all the time and mine wont. I have not had a problem with my phone and I have only had it for 2 weeks. I love it!

This phone is good for the most part...at least in my situation, i get very good reception and the battery life is outstanding. Nearly 2 days without charging it at all. The only bad thing is i can only send out text messages but I cant recieve them...it sucks! Other than that, I suggest this phone to anybody who wants convience.

This phone is sooooooo bad. Do not waste your money on this really bad phone! The sales people come up w/ excuses for why the pho0ne is bad, but they say it will last a month. The dumb phone doesnt even get any better. The say that it has the best reception, but it sucks! If i could i wouldnt even give this phone a star!

All the other reviews that are telling you how crappy this phone is are not true, bottom line. I have enjoyed nothing but clarity and speed with this phone. I live in the backwoods and places that I never had any reception with the sony and Motorolla (same service, same towers) I am now able to talk clear as a whistle.
