This phone has been a great phone to have. I have dropped it so many time on the asphalt by my house and it hasnt broken. Even when I go to Long Beach I take it with me and I drop it in the sand all the time and it has kept all of the sand from inside it. It gets service in a lot of places unless you're in certain parts of the mountains but in some places it still does! I really recommend getting this phone! I just need to ask you guys where you can get a cute phone cover for it without having to spend over 20$ Please get back to me if you know.

It's my first phone and I love it. It has never quit on me and I am completely clumsy. My phone falls on the floor at least once a day and I'v never had a problem. This phone is tough and I love it.

i used to love my phone and then like all of a sudden it started dropping all my calls and it NEVER has reception anymore its pissing me off.. i want a flip phone.. if u have any suggestions for a good flip phone leave it

I am a clumsy person so i drop my phone a lot i drop it in snow banks and sand piles and it keeps working the call button is a little messed up but still works i dont get how this phone can stand such a wicked beating for the past year i have had this phone. I've had problems but over all its a great phone

omg this phone is the best it is the first i had and i love it some of my friends have t-moble and verison, and on trips and on the bus they are begging me to use my phone to call their parents for things. i also have excellent reception and service nothings bad happened and i wouldn't get another phone!!!! :)

phone is great for everyday simple use, works great, for about a year, then it SUCKS. It shuts off by itself, reception dies, numbers are erased, battery dies easily-even after charging all night. Good phone for a year, then you will have to buy a new one!!!!

I've had my 3360 for over year now, come to find out after I bought it they discontinued the phone for some reason, well I think I know why! I've treated my phone good, Havent broken it or dropped it or anything! Well here's a list of what may happen!
1. Unexpected freezing
2. Screen goes black/blank then shuts phone off for no reason!
3.Try scrolling through menu and doesnt obey
4. Sudden Hang ups! Recently my phone has started to hang up on someone several times in a few minutes. I'll have full reception, then it hangs up. I hit the "clear" button and it says i Have no reception, then flashes back that I do! GRR
5. Battery use has gone down, I've charged it whenever it gets low/or when I go to bed at night, now i'll talk for about a total of 30min and the battery is beepin at me! & it tends to burn more when phone i on Roam. Dont know if that is normal..?
On the positive side there are TONS of cell covers out there for this phone, so if you want a cover to go w/your "style" this would be a good for it.
Overall I havent had much good luck, Im with alltel and im not able to get ringtones off of the internet as of yet. So when my contract is over i will be switcing phones and carriers.
IF they carry this phone anywhere I wouldnt recommend it....may come back to bite ya in the butt!

GREAT PHONE
SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST COMPLETE F***ING MORONS WHO CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO TREAT THEIR PHONES OR ARE TOO UNEDUCATED TO READ THE MANUAL. THE PHONE IS VERY DURABLE AND EASY TO USE.

well, the screen took a sh*t it on me, after smacking the phone around, the screen came back on. after a while the "jap-slap" didnt work anymore. so i had to have the screen replaced for 40 bucks. even though i threw this phone around it still works fine. good, solid,tough.
