Predictive text - absolutly the worst, and I mean worst feature of this little turd of a phone. Predictive text turns on by itself, hard to find where to turn it off since its not in a logical window. Battery is a joke, reception and range is slighly better than having two tin cans and some string.
Date and time, once set, changes at random - got a message the other day from 1967!
With all the problems, I must admit that it is durable, I've thrown it out my 5th floor window several times, broken the drywall with it and flushed it once. Each time it seems to work a bit better. I plan to drag it behind my Jeep next week since I have to make a call that will take more than 5 minutes of battery time and need the reception.
Planning to buy this phone - don't! Offered the phone for free - decline!

this phone sucks.. technical problems everyday.. when you're talking on the phone to sumone it hangs up in the middle of no where and the signaL gets lost fast.

I have had my phone for about a year now and there is nothing that i don't like about it. It is compact and light weight. There is no problems with my phone. So people that have problems with this model seriously need to get rid of cell phones period. You are too stupid to use such an easy phone!!!!!

at first the phone is great, then technical problems arose.Im on my fourth 3360 since oct.2002!!!thats ridiculous!!!Im bout to give up!I will being writing a text message,and the screen will just flip upside down.And its not like i had been talking on it for a while then used the test messaging!I hadn't used it for like 2 hours!!!I wouldnt recomend this phone at all, the only good thing about it was all the fun face plates u could put on it.

I was on number 3 of this phone when I decided to just get another model. It' terrible had I not had a warranty I would have been through wit i. I would have had another model a long time ago. I used ta love textin' on it but it is just a really bad phone.

My phone worked fine for a year and then my receiver would mess up. My phone would constantly say that I had "No Service" no matter where I was at. I could get it to work by banging it against hard surfaces, but then I would lose everything on my display! My company gave me a new phone and said that the 3360s last about a year and then start having all kinds of problems. It's not worth it!

I have had my phone for almost a year and nothing has ever happened to it. I have dropped it over 20 times and i have dropped it in a puddle and nothing ever seems to be wrong with it. I like this phone because it is small and not so bulky. so to be honest i think this phone is better than anyone else's i have seen or used!

When i got the phone, it was awesome. It had the best graphics that a Nokia phone had ever had. But about six months down the road, my signal on the phone just went dead, it said "NO SERVICE" constantly. I took it to cingular and they gave me the best phone, a Nokia 2260. Please don't get this phone if you have a choice, cause it just plain out sucks!
