I like my 3360. One of the things I like about it is that I can change my profile. In my line of work, it is nice I can silent it when I want and don't have to shut it off. So I do not disturb any of my Clients. Reception is great also. There are things that are bad like hearing yourself when on the phone, But I look at it this way nothing is perfect....

I've had my 3360 for almost a year and in the last 5-6 months I've had numerous problems. The letters on the screen will flip upside down, the phone will lock-up, shut off in mid-conversation, the ear-piece will stop working and i can't hear the person i am talking to, it will not ring when someone calls no matter what profile it's on, and the list goes on. Granted, it's a durable little phone and it's a great size for carrying in your purse or pocket...but overall it SUCKS

Great phone, good reception, and being able to download your own ringtones is great.

In the beginning i loved my 3360 because of the ability to change the appearence and download ringtones. i had my 3360 for a year and for the last five months it has given me hell! It wont stay charged, i can hear myself talk, it cuts off in the middle of my conversations, it has bad reception(depending upon the area), and on top of it all my words on my screen scramble up from time to time. Well i am now in search of a new phone. Any suggestions?

Whoever siad the thing about hearing yourself when u speak thanks cause i thought i was the only one...I thought there was something wrong with my ear. besides that the phone is aight i mean it has straight reception the only thing i'd change about ti is the it could have more option s like a different ringtone for different contacts and it could have a battery that lasts longer without recharging. Other than that its a great phone i love how the pictures move in the menu. Oh and it could come with a prettier faceplate when u buy it rather than that plain and boring gray u could at least give red.

This is the first phone I've owned. It was easy to use and figure out it's features. But it always goes fuzzy after I dialed for 5-20 seconds wich is the moast anoying thing in the universe. I dropped it a couple times and it only broke once but came back to life after a considerable amount of tinkering and a $30 bill. But even with its faults it has been a great phone and best of all after a $50 rebate it was free!

i love my 3360. when i got it a big feature for me was that the antenna was built in (cuz i threw my 5165 when i was pissed and the atenna snapped off) but i still have really great reception! i can be 1000 miles from home and still have 4 bars of atenna power..... i love how you can have different customized profiles so you dont have to change everything when u want it silent or loud..... just pick the profile and WOW its changed. snake 2 is fun cuz you can go through the walls, pick out mazes, and play head to head with a friend. its the perfect size and its not too heavy but not so light that you forget if its in ur purse or pocket. i would recommend this phone to anyone who is getting a new phone. =)

Reception for the phone was actually one of the best parts of it. The size was perfect... could easily just slip it in your pocket without any problems. The overall quality of the phone was absolutely horrible though. The battery would die after talking for about 20-30 minutes, the phone would just cut-off & restart itself for no reason at all, & the last straw was when it decided to reset itself & it lost all of my stored numbers & messages. Nokia 6340 is a MUCH better phone... do not waste ANY money on a 3360!
