Do not get this phone unless you are in an area with a good strong signal. If you are in a building with a lot of shielding you will not be able to use it. Nokia makes many other phones which do not have this problem so keep looking.

I got this phone in a prepaid form, and I was told that this phone would give me nationwide roaming...and I tried going to a town about an hour away, and I COULDN'T CALL ANYWHERE, and the phone just shuts off all the time! My recommendation for this phone is DON'T GET IT!

This nokia is a nice looking phone when it comes with the free silver face plate and has it's good and bad sides. It is a dependable phone with pretty good reception and a decent battery life, although it seems that some people vary in their perception of these characteristics, they could be caused by the service proivder or possibly every phone is not quite the same in every aspect. The phone could use a little more features and the screen savers are pretty boring. I wouldn't purchase another one because it would be out dated relatively speaking but for it's class and price I put it near the top of the list.

I got this phone on December 30,2002, This phone has everything! But when it comes to the end of the month, I thing you shounldn't use aim on your phone"I SPENT $400.00 on my last bill. I think you should buy this phone you can make your own ringtones! bye

I think that this was a very good phone, but thats not just because i got it for free. this phone is a lot better than the crap i had before and it has lived up to everyone of my expectations. the only problem that i seem to have had is that the voice dialing did not work and i found a fix for it, all you have to do is go to your service provider and ask for the latest firmware update. it worked for me but it erases all of your game high scores and downloaded ringers. i like this phone and have no intent on replacing it soon

The Nokia 3390 is an excellent phone for all your daily uses. It's portable, convenient, and ergonomic design give it an excellent appeal. This phone also has an extremely long battery life.
This phone is worth every penny. I love the design and the fact that it isn't too complicated to use. Great little phone for the price.
