Ho-hum phone from Nokia

We have had this phone for nearly two years and are probably the lucky ones who got a decent battery. We report few problems with the features...although you only get the ringtones and wallpaper that are pre-programmed with no hope for enhancement. The main thing that we have run into is the signal strength and the actual call can be two very different things. We live in a signal-weak area 'dead zone' and this phone does not help--even with a signal booster. You can hear people fine, but they cannot hear you as you cut in and out. Looking at the phone, the signal strength shows 5-6 bars! I have owned Nokia, Motorola and Samsung phones and I wish that they made phones like they did a few years ago. I miss my Nokia 252 analog for the way it never dropped a call and stood up to my abuse.

I got this phone as an upgrade for my other phone that was stolen. WOW that was a mistake my other phone I had for 1 1/2 yrs never a problem this phone i've had for a little over 6 months and have had to replace the battery 3 times. This phone has caused nothing but problems from horrible reception and batteries that don't last. I would not recomend this phone to anyone who uses it several times a day.

The phone is standard Nokia; easy to use and navigate. I have better reception than those with GSM, the phone virtually works everywhere! Elevators, parking garages, even in basements! The ringtones, although limited, are good and loud even though many of them sound alike. There is a deception with AT&T however. In truth, you're unable to download polyphonic tones despite the fact that there are already polyphonics loaded into the phone when purchased. When downloaded, monophonic tones sound like they're being played on an old church organ but they work.
I did run into a problem with this phone, the on/off button is difficult to use at times, and one time I turned the phone off and it wouldn't turn back on again. Turns out the phone was rendered useless! The phone was just about a year old and with less than a week left on my warranty, I was able to get a new phone. But ... with no SIM card and no way to turn the phone on, all my data was lost. By some miracle, the phone turned back on 2 days later, so I retrieved the info from it and shipped it back to AT&T after receiving a replacement.
Overall, the phone is reliable and easy to use, even for the new cell phone owner. I would recommend it.

I have only had this phone 3 months and now I am having problems with charging. New battery did not fix the problem. ATT are far from helpful. Would not recommend both ATT and this Nokia model to anyone. My old Nokia was perfect and now I have this piece of junk.

I liked this phone at first but it get's worse every day. It false advertises picture messages there are 5 black and white ones that don't even send right most of the time! I also dislike the lack of wallpaper options and there is no way of getting more at least with att. The ring tones are not very good either. My 3 and 5 button also have problems.

I just got the phone less than a year ago and it is already starting to fall apart, and I am very gentle with it. It does look cool but the ringtones and games are not as good as others. Also the on/off button is very hard to use (at least on mine). However, I think that the color is really good.

i have had my phone for about 5 months. and i have dropped it many times. a part in the phone got loose. and had to send it away and when i got it back my 3 button barely works and i have to press it with my fingernail. and now more of my buttons are doing it. but other than those problems i love it. its easy to carry around, and cute at that.
