First of all, I would like to make some corrections to a review posted here. Firstly, you CAN download polyphonic tones to this fone. Secondly, to use voice dial juss click on "contacts" (the button on top right corner of the fone) for about 3 seconds. If you've assigned a voice tag to a person's number, it'll ask you to speak now. You know wht to do then!
Its really hard to find any website where you can download polyphonic ringtones for this fone.
Overall, I luv this fone... but i wish there wus more space to save some ringtones and graphics.

I bought my 3560 from Cingular I live in a small town and it was the only color display they had. The keypad took some getting used to. I really enjoy the ringtones and graphics Id say I love this phone if you could find anything for it. Whats awful is you have to get WAP(wireless internet) which costs out the butt to download any ringtones since its polyphonic....thats pretty shady of them. Some the graphics are pretty lame theres one with a guitar but its got this guys hand right over the guitar. Maybe this is just from a teenagers perspective. I get signal at my house now when with my Erricson T60 I didnt. Cingular is saying this will be their next prodigy phone just like that other Nokia that EVERYONE has. I was really expecting a little more accessory wise with a Nokia. Conclusion...get it in a few months when it becomes more common and you can find more things for it.

The signal reception with this phone is absolutely amazing..!!! It features three modes, analog, digital and cellular signal network autoswitch (one is high band the other is low band). In my office in a metal framed building I can get 5 bars of signal..!! Best I have ever seen...!! I can even enter the middle of the building and get signal from the restroom..!!
This phone features a great color screen and built in polyphonic ringtones, and cool photos for the background of the screen.. Trouble is, you can't download polyphonic (multi-voice) ringtones TO the darn phone.. Only monophonic (one voice). It gets worse. The AT&T website will not let you download ring tones or graphics to the phone yet. Then they tell you you have to go to a third party for ringtones and graphics. Why? That is crap..! Don't push and sell a phone without the ability to use features...!!! They say "it's a popular phone and we sell thousands, and are trying to catch up.. Crap..! All they care is about signing you up for their service.. I feel sorry for the customer service reps...! I have spoken to them several times already..!!
It gets worse. This phone has no PC interface at all... Well sort of..... The most you can do is sign up for Voice Dial (AT&T) for $3.99 a month, export from Outlook or another contact manager to a CSV file, and upload that to their Voice Dial #121 website and then use voice dial. But nothing from this file space you have for contacts on the website TO YOUR PHONE.. Yet it supports business card text messages to the phone that can be saved as contacts in the phone's memory.. weird... and annoying...!
Voice dial is cool for driving in your car, and almost makes the phone hands free. Except you have to dial #121 and then you can voice dial. I have not figured out how to set it up so you can command the phone with your voice to dial #121 for you.
Oh, and you can't download Java games to it either... that I have found so far.. maybe I'm wrong here..!?
Overall this is a great phone that lacks features for a power user like me, but I do love the signal and the color screens..!!!
