the only way to get the poly phonic ringtones is to get mobile internet wich is very expensive through my carrier...there is no cable to get the polyphonic rings.!!!!

This is a good phone that lacks the features advertised. First, I like the color, the ease of use, and the quick menu features, & the battery life is much better than either of my other phone(s). What I don't like is the fact that there is no way to download ploy-ring tones or to get wall paper. The AT&T sales people either were misinformed or out right lied about the WAP capabilities of the phone. The worst part is; there is no Data cable for this phone, no way to transfer all the phone numbers from the other phone(s).

I am 21 yrs old and I have had my 3560 since November and I have had absolutley NO problems with it...The color screen and sound are great! I was worried that I would not like the keypad because it was so much different than the 5165, which I had previously, but it didn't take me long to get use to it...I have dropped my phone numberous times on concrete; it has scuffed the faceplate up a bit, but it still works the same as when I bought it!! I would highly recommend this light-weight phone to anyone. Thanks.

Nokia has been well-known for making very strong phones but this phone is not only strong but also very beautiful with it's colour screen.

I have been disappointed in the phone...the keys are difficult to punch...very stiff and I have to use my finger nails. I also have been disappointed that it will not let me download or send ringtones to my phone...but that could be CellularOne.

We have 4 of these phones in the family and they all have the same problems. The keys either don't work consistently or don't work at all. We have had them get hung up to the point we have had to remove the batteries multiple times to reset. This is the last Nokia product I will ever buy! I took mine back to Cingular and they replaced the keypad. It worked for a month then the keys started acting up again. Getting a Nokia? BEWARE!
