This phone is great! It has great service, long battery life, great resolution COLOR screen, i have droped it many times and still works. I would suggest that you buy this phone.

Since my last phone 3360, it has been great. Though it won't let me download any ringtones which really suck. I don't understand, because I can send to other people. Otherwise it is a great phone.

This phone is great. I have had id since just before christmas and it is a huge improvement over my old 3360. this is the best phone i have ever owned.

this phone is great I just got it 70 dollars off and in the same day downloaded 5 ringtones to it which was extremely easy to do when i went to www.2thumbswap.com and i can download wallpaper and have voice commands i love my phone

What's to say, really? The 3560 serves its basic purposes. I call people. People call me. While I haven't had any major service problems, I'm not able to download wallpaper from any of the sites. Some of the ringtones are alright... If I were to rate this phone based on a "user-friendly" basis, it would be perfect. However, I'm left disappointed since the frickin' thing won't let me take advantage of many extras.

I had my 1st 3560 for less than a month when I noticed it would continue vibrating, even after I answered it. I took it in and they replaced it with another. Since then, this phone does the same thing...about once every 50 calls. It will continue to vibrate, so I have to turn the phone off and back on again to get it to stop. Other than that minor inconvenience, it's the best phone I've had. Reception is unbelievable.

This phone makes a huge difference to me compared to my last phone(8260). My last phone left me very irritated. The service I recieve with this phone is so much better. Plus, with the promo my carrier was offering I recieved my phone for $.99 just for renewing my contract. Also, for those of you wondering I received word from my provider that the battery in the lastest phones are supposed to be much better. The older battery would lose their power if you charged them before they ran low or dead, and the latest batteries are supposed to become stronger the more and longer you charge them. So, if you are having problems with your batteries, I suggest you should have them checked or replaced because mine last for days and I'm contastly on mine. Plus when when and if I'm not it's on the charger(which isn't too often).

the phone is great but very sensitive. my phone developed waves in the screen in less than a month in which i had to get warranteed, but other than that, many of my friends and co-workers went and got the same type of phone after seeing mine!

I got this phone a little over a month ago and just love love love it! The ringtones are great... the backgrounds... though I am still not sure how to download more backgrounds.. But besides that the phone is great.. just great!

I replaced my 6360 with this phone and couldnt be happier. The ringtones are awesome, trying to figure out how to get the wallpapers, i know it the WAP thing, but i can get ringtones so how can i get wallpapers too. Well i love this phone, thats all that matters. Signal, ringtones, sound quality is just awesome.
