I would trade this phone for nothing. I have good quality calls and great color imaging. Granted I'm in an area that my service has good coverage. Lets face it no wireless company has perfect coverage every where. It's a cute funky phone that matches my unique personality. I would like it if they made more face plates for the phone.

I needed a phone. Nothing fancy, no gimics,music,or useless electronic gizmos. All I need is to m-a-ke and r-e-c-e-i-v-e calls. I got it with this one. So far it's worked great for 6 months. I travel a lot. No problems. Indoors, outdoors, in stores, malls,etc. Out in remote areas. No complaints. Easy to use. A little hard getting ring-tones from AT&T. I all you need is a phone, try this one.

This phone was the best thing ever when i first bought it! now that there are more phones coming out i want those not mine aww. man i just bought my phone 2 months ago and now i want a camara phone shoot! i thought my phone was the BOMB but i dont have a sim card and when i bought it they didnt tell me it was a TDMA not a GSM damn them at&t people :(

Man, I don't kno what yall are talking about, this is the best phone ever!. It has great graphics, great sound, great signal strength, Its just a perfect phone. And at an affordible price, couldnt ask for more! And Cell One Sucks! LoL

When I bought this phone i was excited that it was color, had a web browser, and is midi capable. After having it for the past two months i wanna smash it against the wall. It isnt the phones fault, however, its my provider Cell One. They claim that they will have the internet soon, but now with them aquiring a camera phone, i believe it will be the 3650, correct me if i am wrong. This phone will be ditched real soon for the camera phone. All i wanted was midis, i dont care about anything else. But i cant even get midis and it makes me mad. But its still a cool phone if your provider has its act together :)

I liked my 3360 more than this one. It calls people that I don't even know, it won't ring when people are calling me, the sound is non-existant sometimes, and my wirless internet has NEVER been able to connect when I need or want it to.... Other than these problems, it's ok. Man I need my 3360 back!!!

The money that I spent buying this phone is nothing compared to the money I will spend replacing it in the two years I have my contract. It calls people without me even touching a button and then when I go to stop the call none of the buttons work. It continually shuts off on its own. The salesman that I bought the phone from failed to tell me that he was on his third one in the last 4 months. The extra features are nice but deffinately not worth the trouble this phone causes me.

I know what you're talking about. Turn off the phone and turn it on again and it should be fine, until it happens again. Take it back to your dealer if you're in the first 14 days of owning it. I did that with my first one but the second one has the same problem, which is:
Occasionally, when you answer a call while the phone is ringing, some bad things can happen. When I first got my phone and did this, the caller's voice was coming from the keypad area (where the ringing emanates) and it was difficult for the caller to hear me. Because I now have the vibrate option on, everytime this problem manifests itself, the phone will also continue to vibrate after I answer the call. The substandard walkie-talkie effect is there as well. The only solution is to turn off the phone. VERY ANNOYING, especially if it is an important call. This seems to be happening to me once or twice a week. Met a friend of a friend who has the same phone and same problem. My wife has the same phone and has had problems though not exactly the same, just with the same solution. She used a special tone for when I call. I called once and hung up after three rings but her phone kept ringing for minutes until she turned it off.

I like this phone a lot! The color screen is very nice and you can do a lot with this phone. The rings are only okay, so I downloaded a FREE ringtone from http://www.2thumbswap.com/members/tones/tones_main.html
which is a great site to get absolutely free ringtones sent to you phone.
I love this phone!

I am very disapointed with the sound. Every time I answer a call it sounds like a fake wakie
talkie,hollow,distant and low ,Even after adjusting the equalizer settings .
