I can not get no service on this phone. I used to have 1 of the old phones and had service every where this one is horrible.

this phone gets aweful service! it NEVER sends text messages. 5 out of my 6 friends do not like it, they all get poor service. the sound quality is great, though. i had another nokia phone also just like it and it got great service, but this one does not!

you can't upload ringtones from pc suite using a data cable, therefore buying the cable is pointless

I got this phone with my service and have had continued problems with it fading in and out, even after I had it repaired. I am looking for another phone to replace this one and doubt it will be a Nokia.
