Tracfone / Nokia 5180i Works GREAT for me!!

Have had no complaints with this phone or with Tracfone either. Of course, it might not be as sophisticated as other phones with extravagant features, but I'm not paying extra fees to use them either. LOL! For me though, I use my cellphone for emergency reasons when I'm away from home and that's the main priority...NOT all that extravagant features. Thanks to Tracfone...PREPAID means affordable and lots, and lots of minutes on my cellphone. Note...for those who are having drop calls, try buying an antenna booster for your phone. It really works, at least it does for me.

the 5180 is the best phone ever made, its better than my friends motorola flip with camera and live record. u dont need all that on a phone, a phone is ment to call not to take pics. or record something. if you do like that tho the 5180i does come with 40 ringtones and the best game in the world, snake.

This phone has been the best to me!!My service is TRACFONE and it does a great job of helping me since I am only 12 years old!!I havn't dropped a call since I have had it.This phone is very durable and dependable!!The Nokia 5180i is very easy to learn and get around!!If you don't need a camera in your phone or a bunch of ringtones, this is the phone is for you!!The phone comes with 40 ringtones, games, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, text messaging, and natonwide long distance!! (on tracfone only) ALL FREE!!!! So, I definately recommend this phone!!

This is a phone to stay away from! It is an older Nokia and needs to be taken out of the product line. The features are okay...But they could definitely be better. I had pretty bad reception with the phone, even when it had three signal bars. The lack of the phone keys are also a draw back to this phone. You must use the navi key for all of the navigations throught the menus...and it is a pain. I do not recommend this phone...stay away!

When I first got this phone it was good to me but after I have had it for a year or two it became a really bad phone. The battery comes loose and the phone just shuts off. It doesn't stay on for more than five minutes. If you were going to buy this phone then I would suggest you didn't, go with one of the newer ones.

Don't bother buying this phone! It's big and bulky,and you can't even download ringtones. My service was Tracfone and that was horrible. Customer service was often unhelpful plus features like the caller ID didn't even work half the time for whatever reason. If you have another choice, I would definitely suggest going with it. This phone is not a buy
