there is a shortage of support for this phone as of May 2003. Trying to find a decent case was not a plesant experience, especially at an ATT store where purchased. Horrible reception when near a computer or T.V. but, overall, fair for the money.

This phone has alot of great features. I like the automatic keygaurd and the organizer is very useful. This phone has a constant buzzing in the background and I have more dropped calls with this phone then I did with the Nokia 8260. The reception is not as good either. The battery life is not as good as advertised. Mine lasts about as long as the 8260 did. Over all it is a good phone.

The 6590 is the best phone I've owned yet. And I've had a Nokia 3360, Motorola V60i, Nokia 8390, Motorola 120t, and an Ericsson R300LX. Whats best about the phone is It's size and reception. Just put the keyguard on and throw it in your pocket! Great blue backlight too, Almost use it as a nightlight. Battery life is what Nokia says it is, And the FM radio is Awesome! If your in the market, BUY this phone!!!!

This is a good phone. There is a constant buzzing in the background and I have more dropped calls then with my last phone, but the features are great. 500 contacts can be stored and 10 ringtones can be downloaded. It as a lot of little freatures also like automatic keygaurd and ringtones can be assigned to 5 different groups. The small size makes it very handy since I carry it around in my pocket.

THIS PHONE BY NOKIA HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST PHONES ON THE MARKET.RECEPTION IS OUTSTANDING.I USE IT WITH THE CINGULAR NETWORK.BATTERY LIFE IS WHAT THE COMPANY SAYS IT IS.THE PHONE ALSO CHARGES QUICKLY.WHATS BEST ABOUT THIS PHONE IS ITS SIZE.IT IS SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT IN ANY POCKET AND BIG ENOUGH SO YOU ARE CONFORTABLE TALKING ON IT.THIS PHONE IS THE COMPLETE PACKAGE AS FAR AS CELL PHONES ARE CONCERNED.I HAD THE NOKIA 3590 AND RETURNED IT TO GET THE 6590.IT ALSO FEELS LIKE ITS BUILT ALOT BETTER THAN THE 3590 OR THE 8390.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHONE.
