Don't buy this phone

I bought this phone 2.5 yrs ago. It is the worst phone I have ever owned. It is very fragile & breaks easily. It has poor reception & range. It has broke three times & has cost me over $300 to fix. Talk/standby time was good for the first three months but then went downhill rapidly. I would like to sue Nokia for making such a crappy phone

I've had this phone now for over a year and I love it. Although it worked better before I dropped it into the toilet. Even after I did that it still worked perfectly. I would reccomend this phone to people, but they don't make it anymore! This phone has great reception and I love how small it is. The 8265 isn't as small, so this phone is better. This is the smallest phone Nokia has made so far and it's the best I've seen. Light and cute. I reccomend this phone to everyone!

I bought this phone about 5 months ago (used on-line) and I love it. i had the nokia 5265 before this and it's so much smaller and has better features. The caller-groups are nice, you can download ringtones, switch faceplates (which by the way, is kinda scary since you have to take apart the phone practically, but it's not too hard), text message, ect ect. I have dropped my phone SO many times on hard floors like cement and stuff and it still works fine! I get pretty good reception... not the best, but it has an internal antenna and the phone is tiny so i don't expect too much. So overall, this is a great phone. It's little and cute but at the same time it's a good phone for buisness.

stinks when you are in a 1900 mhz area

phone works good most of the time but when you are in a 1900mhz area the phone gets fast busies on outbound calls and inbound go to voicemail... Suposely it was fixed but from experience nada!!... why do you think they came out with the nokia 8265???
