First phone hinge broke next to light. Verizon replaced it with a new one, was very careful with new one and the hinge broke on the left side. Met two people with the same exact problem. Verizon accuses customers of misuse. Piece of junk!

My Samsung a650 broke its right hinge near the light. I am a careful user of the phone. Have done some research and it seems this is a common problem.

I'm very dissappointed with this phone. I have had this phone less than 1 month and the hinge broke on it by the light. VZW states that it's not a problem with the phone. Well I paid $50 for warranty to have the phone replaced. I've had the replacement phone for 2 weeks now (114 phone calls later) and it to is breaking in the same spot. This is clearly an manufacturing / engineering defect. Any suggestions on how to get my money back from Verizon Wireless?

This phone is a very nice phone, but it lacks a USB cable or any other form of computer hookup, making it virtually impossible to personalize the phone by getting your own ringtones or desktop. I find this to be a constant annoyance, but if you can live with the ringtones and desktop they offer, I would recommend this phone.
