I thought anything would be an improvement over my old kyocera clunker. On the contrary, what my clunker lacked in aesthetic quality it made up for in pure functionality. The N300 just does not do what a cell phone needs to do. The reception is terrible: if it's a cloudy day I get virtually no service. The sound quality in the earpiece is terrible, I try not to have actual conversations anymore because I can't tell what people are saying. The message alerts are terrible: I can sometimes tell that I've missed calls but oftentimes I won't be informed that I have voicemail. And while that little flip down plastic piece is sleek, it is far too delicate and I will probably snap it off in the near future. Don't buy this phone.

Major design flaw. Can't hear ringers, even on loudest setting in a car. button to release keylock is outside of flip so if you bump it you release the key lock and dial your voice mail without realizing it. poor design. i don't think this phone is on the market any longer.
it's great

the only thing that is wrong with this phone is it doesn't have the built in camera.. Other than that this is a great phone
