There is insufficient volume from the phone's earpiece to hear the caller, especially if any other noise is present in the room. I also don't like the inability of the phone to simultaneously vibrate while playing any ringtone. It is only possible to have the phone vibrate for the first 2 rings then stop vibrating and go audible for the second 2 rings. This option does not leave a comfortable amount of time to answer the phone if the vibrations were not detected during the beginning of the ring sequence. Although, there are a couple of ringtones available that will vibrate in rhythm to the melody.

Great Features Poor Sound

I love the features but I wonder if I have a lemon when it comes to the sound quality. It's has a lot of white noise when I talk and does not compress the voices well at all. When it comes to a phone the most important thing is talking on it and that's why I rate it 2*.

This phone is great! It has great features, AIM, wap web service, color screen , and all for a great value. Very easy to use menu.
