The Samsung A500 is a great phone. It has lots of really cool and useful feachters that anyone can use. The phone looks and feel nice as well. It is small to fit in any pocket, yet it seems pretty tough as well. I work in a sheetmetel shop, and mine takes a beating sometimes. I have droped it soo many times, I amazed at how well it has stood up. The phone is really easy to use as well, you can go through the menu with real ease. One of the most popular parts of this phone is the color screen. It really servs a lot of fuction to help navagate through the menus, and looks very nice. It is very bright, and you can put your pics of what every you want on it. It is a flip phone, but it has a nice smaller LCD screen on the outside of the phone, so you can see who is calling you without fliping it up. Also, you can put simplified pics on that screen for a picture caller ID. It has a type of GPS so that if you call 911, and cant really tell them where you are, they can just look. The ringer is nice, you can download new ones right from the phone. But I think they could have made it a little better. You can access almost any web site there is, and still see pics on your screen. The browser may not read some sites, or some may be big for it to show all on the screen and they look funny. You can also downloa games to your phone as well, my favs are pac-man, Tetris, Fox Football, and some really cool kung-fu fighting game. These do cost money to use for a time because you are buying the copyright to play. But most are not that much, the avrage that I pay per game is about 1.99, and some are free and still worth it. I do suggest this phone and the Sprint service to go with it if you travel like I do, and need a compact phone that is useful and has other feachters that can become useful.

I like everything about it except the fact that when you buy some games and things from sprint they only work for like 90 days then you have to buy them again.
