This phone is great to keep you organized and your appointments in line. The only draw back is you can't download ringtones for it. Other than that the phone is great.

I love this phone/PDA. It is really convenient having both into one device. The only drawbacks are the size, but what do you expect with a PDA combined, and you cannot download ringers. Other than that, it is great.
