I like the phone. I bought it recently and it lives upto what it does. I'm new to ringtones and backgrounds, but it is easy to figure out, esspecially if you have already used a palm. It has all the palm functions on it, web is easy to get on. It wraps all the features of a cell and PDA into one. It is too new right now and there are not a lot of extras to get with it, but I think that is due to recent release. When everyone is carring these things around then it will have all the goodies. It is expensive though.

I waited forever for this phone to come out. I loved the idea of the color Palm integrated into it. It doesn't have a camera in it, that's a drawback. But the worst thing is that if the battery goes dead, it completely wipes out the memory on the phone. You lose your addresses, emails, downloaded programs etc. You basically have to start from scratch. The size is wonderful, because I like a smaller phone, but that's the ONLY thing going for it. It's also VERY had to find accessories for it. It's way overpriced for the lack of usability. Don't waste your money.
