WORST phone i've ever owned!

I've had this phone for 1 year, taken EXCELLENT care of it, phone reception stinks, it is durable i guess but the battery is CRAP! I can't even re-activate my phone now to use it again! (even with new battery)
I HAVE to buy a new phone now.. and frankly i am not the kind of person who wants to or can afford to buy new phones all the time! I plan on buying a BETTER phone this time! (One with a backed up warranty!)

I have 2 of these phones, one has okay reception in my house (dropping only 1 out of 10 calls); the other drops just about every call.
The reception bars are a joke. It will say 4 bars then when you try to make a call it will say it can't find service.
This makes the 3rd samsung model I've had and ALL of them have been utter garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I have went through 3 N400's phone freeze's up
calls drop, the phone just does what it wants to.
battery doesn't hold up long. The worst samsung I have ever had. I have owned other samsung's but this one has been the worst.

AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT. BUT NOW I DEAL WITH POOR RECEPTION, THE SCREEN FREEZES (YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BATTERY OFF TO RESET THE PHONE), IT GOES ON THE INTERNET WHEN EVER IT FEELS LIKE IT. THE GAMES ARE PRETTY COOL AND THE DIGITAL CAMERA IS CHEEPER THEN BUYING A CAMERA PHONE.

I think this phone is really great. I love the color screen and the blue backlight. The calls are really clear. Its cool how you can personalize the ringers and the picture for the caller. I recommend you get this!!

Well I have been w/ sprint since the beg. and I would rate it pretty good. Bad-screen freeze, downloaded pic can jumble up when call comes in, or when answering phone speaker phone kicks in w/o doing so<---very annoying. Good-good color, useful when dealing w/ downloads(ringers and pics), more things to choose from on options and bigger screen to view

I love the samsung n400. The battery life isn't the best, and sometimes it freezes up while on the web, but ovrall it's a great phone.

the Buttons are in terrible places, you'll press them all day long when you don't intend to. when you fish it out of your pocket, you'll change the volume or send it to the web. You'll hit the speakerphone button during a call when you don't want to. And to top it off, the battery it comes with may die in 28 hours of normal use. some times I get two full days of standby, but I'm lucky to talk for 2.5 hours on a full battery if I need to. I want a MAN size phone that puts the speaker in my ear and the mic in front of my mouth, not in the general vicinity. Built-in silent mode vibrator is nice feature.
