This phone is very reliable, it has a nice body, voice activated dialing and can be used like a Walkie Talkie or NextTel with it's Speaker and MIC allowing you to avoid bying an ear piece and safely talk while driving. Very convenient and I am very pleased with my SCP-4700 from Sprint. Cingular Wireless Sucks!
