The first thing you have to notice when you pick up this phone is the size. When you buy a phone this big these days, you expect to get not only what you pay for, but also to get a tool worth it's weight in "goodies". This phone boasts many features in the store, but most are not accessible unless your provider allows the use of the mobile internet. Another problem, the fact that you cannot download ringtones, you are forced to write your own music for personalization. I realize that there are many sites on the net to assist with this, but I myself either don't have the time to hunt for the song i want, or I'm just too lazy, either way, it would be better if it boasted SMS reception of ringtones like Nokia models released before and after it. My final beef with this phone, and probably the one that will pursuade me not to buy Sony/Ericsson mobiles in the future, is it's innability to place calls. I experienced a refusal to place my calls often, but never when I was at my local service center. My provider (Cingular) said that they had not heard about this problem, therefore knew not how to fix it, they attributed it to poor signal strength. All in all, it's not a terrible phone, just some features aren't as good as they are promoted.
