Loud high pitch noises in the middle of calls, makes this the worst phone I have ever had. To top it all off Sony Ericsson is not willing to do anything about it, except to keep sending it in to be fixed. Which I have done 3 times already, everytime I get a referbished (sp) unit that has the same problem. All this and they keep telling me to just send it back in.

This is the worst cell phone I have had and the support by my provider has been poor. I feel as though I have been misled by them . While I was calling in for help they were aware that it was a bad phone ( so I am told by provider's store personnel.)

I purchase 2 of these phones and they both had the same problem of not being able to pull in the GSM signal. The other downside is that they have 256 color display, and graphics are distorted. It is a nice size and toggle switch is a bit flimsy but a nice thought for gamers or internet surfers. Also the phone does not ring very loud even in a moderately noisy enviroment you may not hear the phone ringing. The one nice feature is that it is a tri-band GSM phone meaning that you can place or receive a call internationally depending on the country you are located in. Another thing I notice is that my service provider no longer carries this model which says a lot for this phones performance.
